Agreed. There really is such a thing as too much velvet especially considering that it doesn't really like to breathe much---that would be one hot suit!

There are bits and bobs of CACW I like, but it was so messy and on repeated viewings, gets more and more ludicrous. Secretary of State Ross lecturing the Avengers...and nobody says a thing? NOBODY? The Accords somehow being written without the Avengers knowing? HUH? And so on. It badly needed a script doctor and didn't get one. Unless that WAS the improved version? (Gulp.)
