Isn't it great? (And harrowing too, at times, and all that, but it's also SO DAMNED GOOD.) Also, as a parent of an almost-teenager? I'm really impressed with how well the author writes kids in that age group. (Mercedes is one of my all-time favorite OCs. :D)
